The CloseWise booking tool is available for Pro members and can be used on CloseWise websites or embedded on any external site. Here’s how to set it up:
Access Your Booking Tool:
In your account profile, go to the My Schedule section. As an upgraded member, you’ll see a new URL for your booking site. This link allows clients to book services directly.
Enable Online Services:
If you offer online services, make sure to keep the option checked. If not, uncheck it to remove online services from your booking page.
Create Categories:
Categories are customizable, so add whatever fits your services (e.g., Fingerprinting Services). Add a description to explain what you offer. For example: "We provide fingerprinting for background checks."
Add Products:
Under each category, create products like "1 Person Fingerprinting." Set a price (or leave it as TBD if pricing is negotiable). You can also note that final prices may depend on location.
Manage Your Booking Tool:
Once categories and products are added, they’ll appear on your booking page. Clients can then select the service, pick a time, and book directly.
Confirm Bookings:
When a client books a service, you’ll receive a notification. You can confirm the appointment, negotiate the final fee, and track everything on your CloseWise dashboard.
Bonus Tip:
If you’re using a CloseWise website, the booking tool will automatically display on your site’s homepage, allowing clients to book directly from there.
