In this section, highlight your regular working days in blue. It’s recommended to leave as many days open as possible, except for a day off during the weekend. You can always decline an offer or counter an offer if the timing doesn’t work for you. By keeping your availability wide open, you increase the chances of getting more offers.
Similar to your working days, leave your working hours open if possible. This gives you flexibility to adjust or counter offers for new times and fees. However, if you prefer not to be contacted after certain hours, feel free to adjust this section to suit your needs.
For paid users, CloseWise offers additional features like booking pages—similar to tools like Calendly—where you can add categories and products. You can create custom categories (e.g., fingerprinting) and set specific fees for each product or service you offer. This helps streamline your bookings and fees directly within CloseWise.
If you plan to take time off, you can block your calendar by adding vacation or leave days. These dates will automatically sync across your master schedule and, if you use Google Calendar sync, they will also appear there.
