In this video, we’ll walk you through the FREE notary tools available to help you stay organized and grow your business.
Start by creating an order:
Click the create button and fill in all the necessary signing information, including client details.
Once the order is created, you can easily track it on your dashboard in an organized manner.
Once the order is complete, mark it as closed:
This allows you to track your notarial acts and the state rate per act (state-dependent).

When you save the order, it automatically moves into the Notarial Act Tracker, where you can:
Download reports for tax purposes.
Add information to your mileage log, which auto-calculates your round-trip distance based on your profile location.
Track your orders and income, all in one place.
After closing an order, it moves into your income list:
From here, you can process payments and track which payments have been made or are still due for invoicing.
You can send invoices directly from the order dashboard. If a client has already paid, you can mark the order as paid and send an invoice receipt. If not, you can send an invoice with a payment link to allow your clients to pay via credit card, Apple Pay, or other methods.
You can manage invoices in the accounting tools:
Create and send invoices manually.
Track your Profit and Loss: Monitor your paid invoices and expenses to calculate your net income. Although you can’t add expenses unless you upgrade, you can track them within the order details.
To keep your clients organized:
Add clients to your account and tag them for easy reference.
Once you add a tag, you can search for it in your client list, making it easier to find specific clients.
