Hi everyone!
Welcome to Step three of how to upload your past signing experience to use the close wise accounting tools and the CRM. In step two, we added our past signings including the amounts we were paid and the client it's attached to.
We can see that information here now.
What we're going to do now is we're going to add the file showing the payments that we have received already.
Now if you have this file, what we're going to do is we're going to go to bulk upload page, select bulk upload, select the payments file for step three, and we're going to do some field mapping.
So the first thing we'll do in no particular order is start mapping this data. We have a check date, which is the date you got paid, a signing number or file number.
A payment number.
We have a check number over here, so we want to add that in there and then the payment amount.
Once we have all that information in, we'll click import and if we have no duplicates, no errors, then the data would have been uploaded successfully.
This upload was successful! Now these signings are marked as paid and track in the other accounting and analytic tools in close wise. thank you for watching!
