Now that you have set up your profile, you will want to start adding your clients!
From the side bar on the left of your screen click on the marketing tab, and select the Client or CRM page.
From here you will see your filters Active or Inactive, Tags You can Associate with clients, and a search field.
To the right of your filters, you will see the ADD CLIENT & BULK Upload Button, as well as the Bulk Activity or Message Button where you can send text and emails to the clients in your list!
Let's get you started by walking through how to add your clients.
To add a client you have two options. You can add clients individually or you can bulk upload a list of multiple clients at once. First, to add clients individually go to the top of your screen and click the ADD CLIENT button.
From here you can add a logo or photo , Contact name or business name , phone number , invoice email , client Unique ID, Point of Contact Name, , location , and any tag you want to associate with this client. For example: if you receive a job from an individual for general notary work, you can add the tag General Notary Work so you can easily market or reach out to this specific person or group!
Make sure to add the correct invoice email so that when your invoices are created and sent, they go to the proper location.
Once added click SAVE and you will see your new client added to your client list.
If you want to bulk upload a list of clients you can do so by clicking the bulk upload button. Click the 2nd bulk upload button at the top right of your screen to upload a CSV type file. Once uploaded you can map the fields using the field mapping tool in closewise. Click Import and check for your uploads success report.
Once your clients are added You’ll notice on your screen a green status of Active.
If you no longer work with this client, you can change this status to inactive and they will no longer populate in your client list when creating orders. Please note any client or service that is on closewise will be automatically added to your list once you have worked with them on the platform! Also, any new client that books through your closewise generated website will be automatically added to your Client CRM list!
To the far right you will see a pencil Icon that will allow you to edit any information when the client is added by you.
Now lets take a look the bulk activity button. To start a campaign to a group of clients make sure to select their tag then select the clients you want to reach out to. For this example we will select all.
Choose between sending an email or a text. Now you can fill in the options including which template you want to send! Send it now or you can click schedule in the pop up window to choose a date and time for it to send in the future.
