Welcome to part 3 of the dashboard tutorial.
The order details.
On your dashboard you will notice the highlighted and underlined file number.
Click the file number to open the order details.
Here you will be able to see and manage further details on specific orders.
At the top you will see the appointment card.
If you added this order yourself, you will be able to edit this information by selecting the pencil next to the Appointment header.
If this order was sent to you on closewise you will not be able to edit this information.
In the same card by select Show other details you will be able to see additional information including your client and client contact information.
Below this you will notice an expenses card on the right.
Here you can see the auto calculated round trip mileage for this appointment.
By clicking the pencil icon, you can edit this mileage or edit it in more detail in your mileage log in the reporting section of your account.
In the same card you can cycle to expenses where you can add any expenses directly associated with this order along with any receipts.
This can also be added or edited in your expense’s tracker in the accounting section of your account.
To the right of expenses, you will see your Notarial acts tracker.
Here you can add or edit how many notarial acts took place along with your state rate allowed per act.
This will be tracked in your notarial act tracker in your reporting section of your account.
Moving on to the Secure Documents card.
Here you will find all documents available for download.
You can also add docs here as well as scan backs once the order has completed.
Once all scans are uploaded you can select the scan back upload complete button to notify your client.
If we keep scrolling down, you will notice the Chat Log.
The chat log is an easy we to send direct messages to your client about the order.
They will be able to respond here to keep your correspondence simple and consolidated.
Lastly, by scrolling to the bottom of the screen you will see and special instructions.
If the order was added by you then you can add them here for reference as well as scan back requirements.
If the order was not added by you then you will see any instructions added by your client.
While the dashboard has a lot of functionality, once learned it’s functionality should better organize and streamline your business processes.
Now we can move to accounting! This is where all of your orders auto track once they have been completed!
